How to use: 
1. Remove the cap and twist the handle until you see the gel appear
2. Smile wide and spread the gel evenly on the front of each visible tooth. 
3. Maintain your smile for one minute.
4. Relax, and avoid eating or drinking anything except water for one hour. 
Note- its best to use after your UltraWhite Deluxe treatment to maintain that bright white smile
